Hi Desiree - a coworker of mine recently passed on your blog post about AOL Webmail. I'm delighted to hear such positive feedback! I'm one of the developers who's been working on the code. If you have any suggestions as to how we could make it even better please don't hesitate to ask. I can't guarantee anything but I can sure try. Nothing improves the quality more than real world testing and feedback.

Cheers,
Phil
