<description>First off: Hello, and thank you for taking time to write an article about Solona.

As you pointed out, it is a universal Captcha Solution Service and is not dependent on any OS or browser.

In an effort to maintain that independence, the native OS tools and capabilities must be called upon to generate the Captcha image. Hence, the extra steps.

Having said that, I think I would stop short of saying that it &quot;seems a lot more complicated&quot;. In fact, once a user tries Solona once or twice, it&#039;s very easy. The key strokes are all built into the OS, so there isn&#039;t much to learn. I would be interested to hear your comment once these points are considered. Many users express how easy it is to subit the Captcha image.

One other point that I would like to add is that Solona is truly an advocate and information source for Anti Spam accessibility. I contribute articles about specific sites and how Captchas may or may not be used. In one recent article, the site owners responded and fixed their broken audio alternative within three days. That was a great achievement.

There are some interesting new features coming soon. Be sure to keep an eye out for new articles.

Thanks again,
